The research concerned in particular the intersection among Digital Copyright and Consumer law, in order to analyze the synergies of such disciplines for a better regulation of markets and deals related to cultural products, which at the same time can safeguard the author’s, the publisher’s and (last but not least) the consumer/user’s interests.
