GRUR International - Journal of European and International IP Law
GRUR Int. (Gewerblicher Rechtsschutz und Urheberrecht, Internationaler Teil) is a leading German-language law journal in the field of intellectual property. Published by the Max Planck Institute for Innovation and Competition (and its predecessors) since 1952, it has ca. 1,600 subscribers worldwide. GRUR Int., which is printed by C.H. Beck publishers in Munich, appears monthly, with a double issue for August and September. It has a yearly total of ca. 1,200 printed pages (ca. 4,500 manuscript pages).
With a focus on international and European comparative and foreign law, the journal publishes articles, reports, new laws in German translation, important court decisions and book reviews. A running bibliography is printed at 2-month intervals. A complete collection of all issues going back to 1952 is available on CD-ROM.
