European Commission – Green Paper: Copyright in the Knowledge Economy – Comments by the Max Planck Institute for Intellectual Property, Competition and Tax Law

The Max Planck Institute for Intellectual Property, Competition and Tax Law is a research institute within the Max Planck Society for the Advancement of Science. For several decades, the institute has been one of the leading institutions in the area of intellectual property rights. With its expertise in these areas of law, the institute contributes to answering fundamental legal questions and provides impulses for legal developments on the national, European and international levels. In the following, members of the institute give their comments on the Green Paper on “Copy-right in the Knowledge Economy”.
