Lamping, MatthiasWhen Markets Fail: A Sociological View on Market Failure in: Kreation Innovation Märkte - Creation Innovation Markets - Festschrift Reto M. Hilty, Springer, Berlin; Heidelberg 2024, 769 - 787.

Market failure is an all-time favourite of legal scholars dealing with economic law.
